Potts’ Organic Farms Farm Management and Organic Certification Services specialize in assisting farmers in becoming ‘certified organic’ for livestock, grain, and produce.  As organic producers, we have the necessary experience in working with certification agencies to assist you in completing the necessary requirements for being certified.

We take the difficulty out of completing the initial certification packet by assisting you with filling out the paperwork, offering you both electronic recordkeeping and hardcopies of your records.  As a part of this recordkeeping system, farm plan and field tour assistance is offered.  Producers will feel confident that they are prepared for their organic inspection tour.  We will also help with the audit trail associated with organic sales (transaction certificates) and parallel production.

Potts’ Organic Farms also offers Farm Management Services to match landowners wishing for their farm land to be farmed using sustainable organic practices with responsible organic farmers. 

Organic Consulting Services are also available to assist farmers with biological needs, as well as government programs such as the Conservation Security Program (CSP).  Insurance, budgeting, and crop rotations are also issues that can be addressed.  We also offer marketing assistance.
